3. Khyber Pass Reservoir Multiple trades and competencies required to safely complete this difficult demolition project with restricted work area in high density zoning (Auckland Central). Reservoir cut and craned with all materials being sorted and recycled with 98% return. No serious harms with over 13,000 man hours engaged on site over 4 month period.
5. 100 Pah Road, Royal Oak Demolition of various multi-storied structures over a 4 hectare site. Correct removal of over 300 tonnes non friable ACM and 20 tonnes friable ACM. Heavy machine work and recycling 94% of all materials onsite (ACM content 5%). Concrete crushing, screening and notfiable scaffolding used onsite, cutting and cranage.
7. Laminex HQ, Penrose Technically challenging and complex project covering every possible hazard from height work, confined spaces, fire, hazardous materials, open voids and pits, excavations. Site area over 5 hectares covering 14 structures including chimneys and silos up to 55m in height, UG tunnels, trenches.
9. 114A Clovelly Road The systematic and labour intensive hand removal of a technically challenging structure which had been compromised structurally from land slides. Complete cut and cranage operations within residential area. Conducted under emergency powers enacted by the territorial authority
