The email discusses logistical plans for an upcoming student exchange program between schools in Finland, Estonia, and Sweden. It addresses accommodation arrangements and costs for teachers, transportation between accommodations, meal plans and costs, and a proposed schedule of activities for the week-long visit in September. The coordinating college in Finland will invoice each participating school after the mobility and distribute the grant funds provided for travel and living expenses.

First a few questions:
What about accommodation, do you want suggestions for hotel or hostels?
Yes, please! Project pays only teachers accommodation-€70,00 per day. We really hope you
can find for teachers such a budget accommodation place. May be you have some special
agreements with Nyköpings hotels? 6 teachers will arrive me including.
Students’ accommodation is not paid by the project and it works as following- receiving
school always pays for student accommodation or place them into families.15 students will
arrive.
Will you pick up participants from their accommodation places if necessary?
I agree, it would be good if the teachers could be at the same place.
Are you responsible for the whole finance of the project? How will this work?
Yes,our college as coordinating instituation is responsible for the whole budget.
After every mobility during 1 week every participating school will send me 1 invoice as a
hole- all scanned receipts included and total sum of money used. We will transfer money to
requested account. Today I will send to all partner schools’ granted money for travels and
board and lodging (only for teachers).
I haven’t participated in NordPlus before. So as I understand from this amount which is meant
for Norköping mobility I have to pay for my accommodation + all travelling costs + meals,
anything else? There isn’t such kind of differencing like in Leonardo (travel costs; living costs
etc)?
To make sure, the age of the students will be 17-18 years and in the second or third grade?
Yes. From our side is a question about possibility to be involved also 1 group of our
international students. They are around 23 and planned to take part in Mobility 4 in Estonia.
Do you agree?
Of course we agree, our students are about 18-19.
We have a suggestion of a planning. It looks very good!
The best dates for us is September 17th - 21st. Do you think this is ok?
We will ask all partners to agree with your proposal in order to get a final one ASAP.
For Finland it is OK. For Estonia it’s OK too.
2. According the project plan we should take Monday as a travelling day. Do you think we could
start our project activities from Tuesday only? If yes, please give another suggestion for the
week. It depends on the arrival time of everyon, maybe we can have a meeting in the evening.
Also I think Friday afternoon or evening could be a departure day or? Ok, for Estonia
The week could look something like this perhaps;
Monday Presentation, get to know each other OK
Planning the week OK
Visit our practising firm at our school - interactivity between students – it
could be done if everyone arrives in the morning
Tuesday Presentation different culture - all mobilities + presenting the idea of the
project to the participating students
Visit company
Wednesday Working with the business plan
Thursday Before lunch continue working with the business plan
After lunch: The students can visit our students at their working experience
placements at different stores.
The teacher can discuss next mobility meeting
Friday Presentation of Business plan.
One more question-do you invite all the participants for free lunch or we must pay and can we
know how much?
Question about all meals for the students? Are they organized? Breakfast at the
accommodation place? How much it could cost? Do we pay in cash and get a cheque and
present it to Finland afterwards?
Could be some planning for students in the evenings? It’s good if they could have some
meetings (events, a party perhaps) with local students to practice their language and
communication skills.
