Step 2. Specify your source
weight, height, age, preferable

receive automatically
compiled for you the graph of
the nutrition with the all
essential recipes.
4. The system prepares for you the
list of recipes for every day:
caloric content for every dish and the grand
total;
how many grams for each day you will lose
weight;
amount of eaten vitamins and minerals in
percents of the standard;
cost of all food products for every day;
an automatically formed list of food
products for purchases with their prices.
Recipes are assorted in such order, as far as the
composition and quantity of calories in dishes
help you to slim down up to that limitation, which
you appointed to yourself. You will see day by
day the approximate quantity of grams, and the
