Rights can be defined as claims that are legally guaranteed or based on moral principles. A right to free speech is legally guaranteed under Article 19. An author has a moral right to control their work. A right is an interest that is recognized and protected by law, and disregarding someone's right is a legal wrong. Rights give a person the legally guaranteed power to realize an interest and control the actions of others with state assistance. Rights are vested in a person against another person and oblige the bound person to an act or omission for the entitled person's benefit regarding something that is the object of the right. Rights can be classified in different ways, such as moral versus legal rights. Theories of rights include the will
