3. Introduction
This portfolio represents my work and achievements
throughout my college career.
I am majoring in Health Care Management with a minor in
Spanish.

4. 1, 2 and 5 Year Goals
1 Year Goals
In the next year my goals are to get an internship over the
summer with Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Mi. Another goal
is to make the deans list both semesters this year and
continue raising my GPA.

5. 2 Year Goals
 In the next 2 years my main goal is to graduate
from Northwood University and start training to
become a fire fighter and paramedic.
5 Year Goals
 In the next 5 years I plan on getting a job as a
fire fighter in Southern California and starting
my life out there. If things go as planned I will be
married and possibly working on a family.

 Currently attending Northwood University, majoring in Health Care
Management and minoring in Spanish. Received a Presidential
scholarship for academics.
 Graduated from Dansville High School in 2012.

7. Work experience:
 I maintained a position as the field groomsman for all of the Mason
Baseball Softball Club fields over summer break from 2009 till
2014.
Accomplishments:
 I am currently on the Northwood University Basketball team.
 I have been on the dean’s list the past 2 semesters.
Volunteer:
 United way (Color run, camp Neyati, and rake a difference).
 Shelter house for victims of domestic and sexual violence (Moved
all furniture because of a possible flood scare).
 Shelter house store (Sorting donations and organizing back room)
