• Deputy Manager of Maternity Teaching hospital (August 2013 – Present)
the description of my duties as a deputy manager of the maternity hospital are Consisting into two
parts, the First part to Assists in the administration and coordination of non-medical services operations
and activities and the Second Parts is as a Obstetricians and Gynecologists Physician as mentioned
below:
- Directs the day-to-day administration and coordination of designated divisions and services as
assigned.
- Insure the standards of health care as set forth by the various accreditation boards are
maintained.
- Preparing applications for approvals required for hospital activities, such as Operating
Certificates as directed.
- Recommending quality control systems for specified non-medical services as assigned. Assisting
in the investigation of complaints as directed.
- Developing and implementing management techniques to improve assigned services;
Recommends changes in administrative policies designed to more effectively carry out hospital
programs and procedures.
- Supervising the process of collecting record and maintaining patient information, such as
medical histories, reports, and examination results.
- Medical treatment for diseases of female organs.
- Medical caring and treatment for women during prenatal, natal, and postnatal periods.
- Prescribe or administering therapy, medications, and other specialized medical care to treat or
prevent illness, disease, or injury.
- Perform cesarean sessions or other surgical procedures as needed to preserve patients' health
and delivering babies safely.
- Analyze records, reports, test results, or examination information to diagnose medical condition
of patient.
- Monitor patients' conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments as necessary.

- Advise patients and community members concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease
prevention.
- Direct and coordinate activities of nurses, students, assistants, specialists, therapists, and other
medical staff in the hospital.
- Consult with or provide consulting services to other physicians.
- Plan, implement, or administer health programs in teaching hospital, businesses, or
communities for prevention and treatment of injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct research to develop or test medications, treatments, or procedures to prevent or
control disease or injury.

Rizgary Teaching Hospital:
- Running to outpatient OB&GY clinic a weak.
- Performing all kinds of delivery& Gynecological surgery as c-section, hysterectomy abdominal
type, ovarian cystectomy, ectopic pregnancy surgeries.
- Follow up of pregnant women (antenatal care, CTG).
- Day case Minor Surgeries (including D/C, IUCD Insertion).
- Follow up of Complicated Cases (Molar Pregnancy, Precancerous and Cancerous disease of
Female Genital Tract).

Mergasor and Shaqlawa General Hospital:
- Supervising OB/ GY Seniors duty and calls.
- Arrangement of emergency call schedule.
- Running OB/GY outpatients once a week.
