Addition to my story "Konn Was Saved"

1. K So I'm watching a movie with my mom, and my friend Zach calls, who I haven’t
talked to in forever. I'm thinking.. weird, he always wants to smoke.. could be a test.
Anyway, he wants to smoke and then go see district 9. I said I quit but I'm down for the
movie, and that id call him after my movie.
For the rest of my movie I felt very nervous and uneasy.. I love smoking. Its very
tempting to me. But I know I can't do it. So after the movie I did some praying before
reading the bible. I just prayed to help me resist temptation and to show me that this is
really something He didn’t want me doing.
Open the bible, read some passages.. Nothing astonishing.
So I watched the lifehouse vid. It usually touches me and helps me feel closer to God. It
didn’t work wonders this time. So I wanted something else. I typed in amazing in the
search engine on that same site. Found 2 mediocre vids..
I ended up leaving unsatisfied. On my drive I started listening to the secular rap music I
had and all I could think about was smoking. So I'm like “what am I doing?”
I end up playing some worship stuff. I notice Id been following this car for quite some
time. Right off the bat I noticed the license plate and thought nothing of it.
But as soon as I started listening to my worship stuff, I made the connection.
The license plate said “amazing”. So I called my mom and told her. And she says “its
just another confirmation Ian”
So I get off the phone pretty happy. And I just soak it in. And as I think about it more and
more, at first thinking it was one of these small connections He does for me. I say “thank
you God. Thank you Jesus”
As I say this, the song I'm listening to says “thank Jesus.” And as I said it I was overcome
with unbelievable grace and burst into tears for 10 minutes. Feeling so amazingly close to
God. And just thanking Him over and over, so AMAZED by Him and how amazing He is
to me.
And I could just feel Him. I Knew he was letting me know it was Him.
So I'm thinking, I should name my testimony “amazing”
Which gets me thinking// LOLing..
