This document summarizes a complete home remodel project from 1995 that transformed the layout and design of the home. Key changes included vaulting the ceilings, removing walls to create an open concept floorplan, gutting and enlarging the master bathroom, replacing floors, doors, lighting and more. The remodel opened up the living spaces and updated two bathrooms, kitchen, and exterior landscaping.
