1. Baseball Newsletter The first thing the kids need to know is how to play baseball and how to be safe. The second thing the kids need to know is the rules of the game The third in final thing is how to play We have gone over all these things in this semester and they should know it. Each kid will need to know all these things because it will be important in the next semester when we will be playing baseball. Baseball is a very fun sport and a team sport and the kids will learn how to play as a kid. This is American past time so I think everyone can enjoy this and will have a good time playing and learn about history as well. My role: Make sure they know everything with the rules, how to be safe, and know the game. Your role: Quiz him/her on stuff and take them out to the baseball fields and maybe practice with them or take them to the batting cages or hitting of a tee-ball stand. Student Role: Make sure they know how to do all this stuff so they will not get hurt and enjoy what they do. Benefits: Learn value of teamwork. They will learn sportsmanship. They will learn how to be a leader. Standards: How to be a team and show teamwork. They will learn how to show sportsmanship, they will learn how to be winner, and they will be grow with maturity and become young men and women. Objectives: Learn baseball, sportsmanship, becoming leaders and teachers of the game, and learn sportsmanship PBL will be used in a lot of different ways in this semester. We will get on the computers and learn about the game and history of the game. They will learn all the abbreviations for the game. They will learn all the aspects of the game.
