2. AIM OF PROJECT
• The aim of the project is to design infant incubator that
provide controlled environment for premature babies
and protect him/her from noise, infection , temperature
loss and other problems . In other word saving the life of
the babies

3. ABSTRACT
• Premature babies are at increased risk for newborn health complications, such as
breathing problems, and even death.
• The problem of the premature baby can be solved easy in many cases by using baby
incubator
• A neonatal incubator is a device consisting of a rigid box-like enclosure in which an infant
may be kept in a controlled environment for medical care.
• The Drager Isolette C2000 provides an ideal microenvironment system for premature
babies and sick infants by providing a controlled environment of warmth and humidity.
• The forced air circulation system controls temperature, humidity, and oxygen
concentration.
• Designed for comfort and ease of use. Quiet hand ports and large, hinged side walls on
both sides of the Isolette C2000 provide ample access to the neonate for daily care or
procedures. All controls and sensor modules are easy to reach, replace and service.

7. Functional Description
• The incubator's function is to provide three factors for the child:
temperature, humidity and oxygen, so the air inside the incubator must
pass through several stages that make it suitable to be efficient for this
purpose so the air inside passes through the filter and then fan heater and
humidifier
• Candidate: Its function is to purify the air from the dust and other similar
substances that may harm the child.
