BioNTech only started their company in 2008. the Pfizer/BiNtEch announcement to have vaccine was made on 17th March 2020 . Husband and wife team of Sahin and Tureci are both decsendants of Turkish immigrants to Germany. Sahin’s father worked as a gasbeiter in a Ford factory
