in various aspects of your business including
1. Knowing how well you are doing in all areas aspects of business including customers,
profitability and customers

and different.
3. Identifying the major challenges that your organization is facing
Gathering information will allow you to address challenges that your organization is facing and
choose higher performing options out there.
To do this start asking and answering some of these questions

2. Are there competing business selling similar products?
3. How is your business different than other business?
4. What is your company business model?
5. What are the revenue sources for your business?
6. What are the major issues that your company is facing?
7. What are you doing to address and fix your practices major problems?
8. What are your primary methods you use to get customers?
9. What marketing or sales efforts brought in the majority of customers? Do percentage of
clients come from what particular methods?
10. Do you test various aspects of the marketing methods do you use to grow your client, to
make sure these methods are producing the most profitable results?
11. What are the target markets for your business?
a. What is the demographic, psychographic of each of your target markets?
b. What magazines, publications, TV do they read?
c. What websites and forums do they use?

13. What is the marketing channel s and tactics that you are using?
14. What is the return on investment and time on each channel?
15. Why do people buy what you sell?
16. What is your company business philosophy as it relating to your customers?
17. Does your customer shop from them exclusively or they also patronize their competitors?
18. What is the lifetime value of your typical customer?
19. What is the average order, transaction amount for your business?
20. What is the biggest customer complaint about your company, and what does your
company do to address the complaint?

After you get a good diagnosis assessment of your company, you can start taking action to make
changes to improve
To make it this era of change your company needs to constantly innovate, engineer and take
action to improve and innovate in the most important areas of business including strategy,
marketing, innovation and product development.
To do this, whatever you are doing whether you’re working in the area of profit, strategy,
innovation, and marketing have the mindset there is a better way.
Constantly ask yourself a better way to create customers, there is a better to increase lifetime
value, there is a better do social media.
You need to come up with break through ideas in order to innovate and make your business more
successful.

from multiple sources instead of one source. Borrow and evaluate all ways of thinking from
business other than yours. Look at and employ practices from successful principles and people

Consider what channels are you using to reach your prospects and customers. Focus on
improving existing channels for marketing while looking at new channels to your marketing mix
Find news ways to generate leads and optimize the ways that you are currently doing lead
generation.

1. How well are you doing in terms of each of the ways that you are generating leads?
2. What are the relative costs/leads for each channel?
3. How many visitors, leads and customers that you are getting for each form of leads
4. What ways you can optimize the current ways you are generating leads?
