2. Direct information or Primary information is information that you
have gone out and collected yourself. For example taking a survey
on the street would be direct information. Direct information is good
because it is more reliable for you to use as you have collected it
yourself and you know it is accurate.
Indirect information or secondary information is information
collected by somebody else that a different person is using for a
different reason. For example if you looked up information on the
internet that would be indirect information.

3. Data is the raw form meaning it doesn’t have context, but when it is
organised and given context that is when you get information.
