Hello Nikhil,
As per our conversation, I would like to request to transfer Mayur Uniquoters Shares from my father's name (late Sh J
C Sehgal) to my mother's name (Mrs Kusum Sehgal).
My father passed away around 2yrs back and we would like to transfer the shares from his name to my mother's
name.
My brother (Manish Sehgal) and I (Mamta Mehta (Sehgal) ) have no objection to this transfer.
As my mother has naturally inherited all from my father, at the moment we don't have any will or succession
certificate.
In case you need any reference, I am sure you can contact Mr Rajan Poddar or Mr Rajesh Gupta. Both knew me and
my husband (Munish Mehta) very well. We used to work with Mayur Sales and I have worked as an IT Manager for
Mayur Uniquoters for around 2 years.
