Frank’s professional career encompasses sales, managerial and specialist positions in
the fields of merchant, commercial and international private banking for international
Dutch banks such as MeesPierson where he was the Managing Director of the Curacao
office and ABN AMRO in the Netherlands as a Senior International Private Banker. He
has strong knowledge on transaction execution and investments. Frank has been
involved with the Dutch Caribbean Stock Exchange (DCSX) since 2008 when he was a
board member. He has considerable experience with financial restructuring, mergers &
acquisitions in the Caribbean region where he is located, and is now responsible for the
Listing & Exchange services of Amergeris in Latin America. His knowledge in financial
planning, investment management, financing and corporate governance are highly
valued by both his private and institutional clients including funds, stock exchange
listed corporations and family offices.
Frank is married and has a son. He studied Business Economics and holds a Masters
Degree in Public Administration from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
