Educational Loan
• Property holder guarantor’s information
• School Leaving Certificate of Guarantor
• Valuation of property owned by Guarantor by Jt. Sub. Registrar
• Copy of Property Card or 7/12 or 8/A (Issued by Tehsil Office)
• Guarantor’s (Property holder) self declaration duly notarized [Jamindara Che Hami Patra]
Note: Either of Parents can become Guarantor, if he / she have property in their name and are ready to
mortgage it
• UID or PAN CARD or College ID card of Student
• Ration Card
• Bonafied Certificate by college / institute
• SSC & HSC mark sheet
• Jr. College Leaving Certificate
• Domicile certificate of student (issued by Tehsil)
• Income Certificate (issued by Tehsil office)
• Residence Certificate (Issued by Tehsil office)
• Caste Certificate (issued by Tehsil Office) [if JAIN is written in LC this is not required]
• Pratigyapatra (Affidavit) by applicant stating his residential address and Bank account details along with
photo of applicant and co-applicant stamped by Executive Magistrate
• Letter from Bank confirming details of Applicant’s Residential Address, Bank Details & IFSC Code
• Fee structure by college / institute showing full course fees along with hostel fees year wise required to be
paid (Colleges Brochure)
• Affidavit issued by Maha E Seva identifying and confirming that applicant is identified and it is to be signed
by both Maha E Seva officer and Magistrate of local court
• Govt. Issued Photo ID of co applicant i.e. Parent
• Notarised Self declaration (Affidavit) by applicant and co-applicant stating that they have not taken any
educational loan
• Application Form for Education Loan
• Application to MD of Maulana Azad Minority Financial Development Corporation.
• Application received acknowledgement by MAMFDC.
• Deed of equitable mortgage
• General Agreement
• Education Loan Agreement
• Promissory Note
Note: Applicant, co applicant and Guarantor should be present at hte time of application.
