All Micro, small and medium companies are eligible to apply for the KSMBOA – Business Excellence and
Achievement Awards 2015. The organizers and jury reserves the right to decide the winners and their decisions
cannot be contested.
A selection committee will screen, appraise, shortlist and recommend the final nominees to the jury committee
of KSMBOA.
Stages of selection process:
1. Preliminary screening of the applications.
2. Evaluation of the applications.
3. Personal telephonic interviews of shortlisted applications (if required).
4. Final review and recommendation by the selection committee to jury committee
5. Announcement of the Awardees.
1. All information sent by the company is subject to verification available on public domain and the company agrees to furnish
the facts as demanded from time to time for any significant variations noticed and communicated by the selection or Jury
committee.
2. Receipt of the duly filled nomination form in the prescribed format shall be taken as the token of acceptance of terms &
conditions.
3. Entries are non-returnable.
4. After the final decision is made, the declared winners might have to pay a nominal summit fee (if any) to be a part of the
award ceremony.
5. The organizers reserve the right to publish all entries wholly or in part, as case studies or for the purposes of publicity.
6. Jury’s decision shall be final and binding on all participants.
7. If any information provided by the participant is found to be incorrect in any manner, the entry in question shall be
disqualified.
8. The nomination form should be submitted on or before the due date.
