2. HAEFA needs your urgent support to continue providing medical
services to Rohingya refugees.
For three years, HAEFA’s trained staff has been providing medical care
and supplies in the sweltering refugee camps in Bangladesh. The 1.1
million refugees have fled Myanmar military’s oppression through rape and
murder of their women, children and men. Our services to support one of
the most vulnerable and marginalized populations in the world continue
even as COVID-19 spreads, through the selfless efforts of our front-line
health workers. With no immediate political solution in sight to the
persecution of the Rohingya, we need to raise USD 1.1MM urgently to
continue providing essential healthcare services to the 70,000 refugees our
