5. ž SKILL-BASED CHALLENGE – At the top of
each episode, the girls are taught by an expert
in the world of fashion or music. Then the are
put to the test. The winner is safe for the
week. The bottom two must battle each other
to avoid elimination.
¡ These challenges will be visual and fun –
shooting all over Miami from recording studios,
to fashion shows, to beach parties, to photo
shoot locations
THE SPIN OFF – The elimination challenge that pits the bottom
two DJs against each other in a head to head challenge.
They’re given 15 minutes to show off their stuff.
A crowd response meter measures the reaction of the
crowd – both their music and their image.
Their mentor and a guest judge weigh in as well.
The less popular of the two will be eliminated.
The SPIN OFF increases in scope and stakes from PARTIES,
to CLUBS, to exclusive FASHION SHOWS, to half time at a
MIAMI HEAT game, to sold out crowds at THE ULTRA MUSIC
FESTIVAL.

9. STEVE TISCH
Steve Tisch is a partner at Escape Artists Productions and is the Chairman and Executive Vice President of
the New York Football Giants, the only person with both an Academy Award and a Super Bowl ring. Steve
won a Best Picture Oscar as a producer of “Forrest Gump” in 1994, and has received two Super Bowl rings
as Chairman of the Giants, who won Super Bowls XLII and XLVI. His many hits include “Risky Business,”
“The Pursuit of Happyness,” “Seven Pounds,” “The Taking of Pelham 123,” and “The Equalizer.”
LAURA FUEST SILVA
Laura developed and produced the first season of “America’s Next Top Model” and returned to serve as
Executive Producer of the last 7 seasons of the show. She also launched and EP’d “The Pussycat Dolls
Present” series, “The Rebel Billionaire” starring Sir Richard Branson, “American Princess,” “MTVs
Celebrity Undercover” and was show runner on “Beauty and the Geek 3,”The Mole” and “Celebrity Mole”
among many other shows for network and cable.
FRANK SUTERA
A seasoned producer and production executive of unscripted and reality programming in both the U.S. and
abroad, Sutera’s credits include The Amazing Race Asia, Brazil’s Next Top Model, Mexico’s Next Top Model,
Power of 10 India, MTV’s The 70s House, Damage Control, The Next Great Champ, Shop ‘Til You Drop
and Celebrity Mole: Hawaii. He served over 5 years as Vice President of Productions at Sony Pictures
Television.
