1. The reason why man is weak
and unhappy is because he
lives the whole of his life in
the objective life, the
shallow material life of
the senses, and neglect the
deeper gander and
transcendental life of the
inner mind. It is the inner life
that gives power and peace
and satisfaction. Man has
not realized the power
within; instead he has
thought himself to be
separate, weak and
helpless, without chart or
compass upon the see of life.
