This contract outlines an agreement between Arizona Umpires Inc. and a client league for umpiring services. Arizona Umpires will provide umpires professionally and in accordance with league rules for a flat fee per game, billing the client monthly. The league has no insurance responsibility as Arizona Umpires is privately covered, and the league may cancel the umpiring services contract at any time. Both parties sign to accept the terms of the agreement.

To provide umpires for the league mentioned above in a professional manner.
To abide by the set league rules, codes and guidlines.
BILLING/PAYMENT
Client will be billed on a monthly basis unless another agreement has been reached.
Price agreed per game will be a flat fee of $______ and any unnotified cancellations.
INSURANCE
Arizona Umpires Inc. is covered privately and said league has no insurance

CANCELLATION
