12. One of the main risks is going into
overtime. It will increase the final costs of
the development.
The second risk is not achieving deadlines
for linked tasks. This will further more
post-pone the release and will greatly
increase the costs of the project
13. Using a software tool like Microsoft Project can be
proved beneficial to the finalization of the project.
We managed to calculate the total costs and we
reduced the time needed by intelligently group the
human resources into multitasking.
