3. Sing, sing a song
Sing out loud, sing out strong
Sing of good things not bad
Sing of happy not sad
Sing, sing a song
Make it simple
To last your whole life long
Don't worry that it's not good enough
For anyone else to hear
Just sing, sing a song
The songs that we sing
express the condition
of our heart.
The songs that we sing make
a strong prophetic
declaration of where we
want to be.
PRAISE can be a PROBLEM
for your PROBLEM
4. O sing to the LORD a new song, For He has
done wonderful things, His right hand and His
holy arm have gained the victory for Him.
Psalm
5. Every song of praise and
worship brings joy to God
and glorifies Him above all.
Every new song of praise
and worship refreshes our
soul, strengthens our spirit
and declares gratitude
to God.
6. When the trumpets sounded, the army
shouted, and at the sound of the trumpet, when
the men gave a loud shout, the wall collapsed;
so everyone charged straight in, and they took
the city.
Joshua
7. Whenever the spirit from God came on Saul,
David would take up his lyre and play. Then

and the evil spirit would leave him.
Samuel
9. 25 Along about midnight, Paul and Silas were at
prayer and singing a robust hymn to God. The
other prisoners couldn’t believe their ears. 26
Then, without warning, a huge earthquake! The
jailhouse tottered, every door flew open, all the
prisoners were loose.
Acts
strong
after every shaking,
there is freedom
10. 27 Startled from sleep, the jailer saw all the
doors swinging loose on their hinges. Assuming
that all the prisoners had escaped, he pulled out
his sword and was about to do himself in,
figuring he was as good as dead anyway, when
28 Paul stopped him: “Don’t do that! We’re all still
here! Nobody’s run away!”
Acts
11. 29 The jailer got a torch and ran inside. Badly
shaken, he collapsed in front of Paul and Silas.
30 He led them out of the jail and asked, “Sirs,
what do I have to do to be saved, to really live?”
31 They said, “Put your entire trust in the Master
Jesus. Then you’ll live as you were meant to
live—and everyone in your house included!”
Acts
12. 32 They went on to spell out in detail the story of
the Master—the entire family got in on this part.
They never did get to bed that night. The jailer
made them feel at home, dressed their wounds,
and then—he couldn’t wait till morning!—was
baptized, he and everyone in his family.
Acts

your PREFERENCE.

mouth to praise God, it
shakes the gates of hell and
breaks every chain.

abundantly above all that we ask or think,
according to the power that works in us.

the Master—the entire family got in on this part.

morning!—was baptized, he and everyone in his
family.
Acts
28. PRAISE reflects a
grateful heart.
Thankfulness fuels our
praise and worship.
Thankfulness means SING
and SURRENDER.
(“You can have it all, Lord!)
30. How could praise help you deal with
a problem you’re facing?
What has God done in your life that
you need to praise Him for?
What steps will you take to live in an
attitude of praise every day?
