Dear exhibitors, visitors,
Promofair welcomes you to the 6th edition of the largest Real
Estate expo in Lebanon.
This year, Dream brings you a large panel of professionals
who will present their best projects, showing their confidence
in Lebanon.
The exhibition will highlight the continued benefits of Real
Estate investments, despite the slowdown in economic activity;
we should always remember that investing in Real Estate has
always been profitable, even during the worst period of the
Lebanese Civil War.
Dream is ideally scheduled during the Ramadan holidays and
the heart of the summer season, knowing that all expatriates
are currently visiting Lebanon. During these 4 days, we will
look towards the future with optimism, as the real estate sector
along with banking are the two pillars of the Lebanese economy.
It’s thus not a coincidence that all major banks will be present,
to give visitors looking to invest or make a life in Lebanon the
most competitive rates.
Along with the exhibition, a special edition of Kalam el Ness
will be broadcast live from BIEL on Monday night. A special
thanks to our media partner LBCI and to Mr. Marcel Ghanem
for their continued efforts in promoting Lebanon’s cultural
and economic prosperity.
We would also like to thank the Lebanese Building Federation
and its president, Mr Elie Sawma, for their support in making
this edition successful and in creating some of the most
exciting investment and residence prospects in the Arab
world.
Moreover, we couldn’t pass this opportunity to offer our most
