Over the last few years the meaning of user experience shifted from ‘making pretty websites and mobile apps’ to ‘key business strategy.’ Yet, while many organizations recognize the value of investing in user experience, many struggle to deliver it effectively within set timelines and budgets. The secret to success lies in understanding key user experience activities, their outcomes and value in the product development cycle.
