1. The Scrum also called the daily stand-up
is an Agile practice that makes product
development teams more efficient and
productive. Here are certain ground rules
that we follow at My Vision Express. The
Spirit of a stand-up is " everything you
say should be valuable to everyone in the
room" During the stand-up each team
member will answer the three questions
as a strict routine. The stand-up will be
strictly time boxed not to exceed 20
minutes. At the same time the stand-up is
not the sole means of team

Product development at MVE is broken down into short 2 week sprints.This
keeps the team focused and less stressful. The team initially decides on the list
of items that it will work on priority during the sprint and provide a estimate
based on the sizing of the user story (feature developed). The stories with top
priority are included first and team collaboratively decides on a realistic effort
estimate. The Sprint is further broken down into "Daily Stand-up" where to team
meets, and collaborates on working at the user stories on a daily basis
