Hi I am Eric, In the past 15 years I facilitated projects for individuals & teams in soft skills training,leadership and reinforcement, with an extreme focus on results at the workplace. I worked myself as a sales Representative, Project and Product Manager and finally as Business Development Manager.With these experiences together with the experience of over 9000 hours of training/coaching I work(ed) together with companies like Brussels Airlines, Brussels Airport, Delhaize, Enandis, FSMA and with public institutions at all levels in Belgium.
