After a short teaching carreer, I started working at Fontys University of Applied Sciences in 2001. The first seven years, I worked as an information specialist and gained a lot of experience in online research, acquisition, information and customer services, tool development, training and consultancy. As my affinity with online products & services grew over the years, I switched my job to Media developer in 2008. Since then, my main focus has been (the development of) our corporate digital library, online customer services and training, e-learning and media.
