Mr. Ibrahim is the founder of iCalendar company, which is a startup project incubated
at PICTI and overseen by professional team; iCalendar is a company of calendars, event
management, and Business Solution.
Mr. Ibrahim ABakr Atallah works as a Manager for PALCERT, for the Ministry of Telecom
and Information Technology (MTIT). He oversees several projects in the e-government,
including a project entitled Zinnar, in which he played a major role in the
implementation of its contents. He was responsible for overseeing ontology and entity
servers of the project.
And he oversees the ADC project in MTIT with ESCWA/ITU, which is run incorporation
with Palestinian Incubator (PICTI). He is the owner of Clouding BAN's solution (iBAN).
He is one of the Palestinian Mentors network, Coacher/Juror in ITU competitions, PI2,
ADC Competitions, Government Mobile Completions with USAID/DAI, Glow Innovation
Centre, and recently selected as a Palestinian jury for ALECSO App Competition.
He graduated from the Faculty of Computer Engineering at the University of Al Quds –
Abudees/Jerusalem in 2008, and holds several internationally recognized certificates
in the field of ICT, Entrepreneurs, Communication & Media skills, in addition to
Project Management.
