This document provides instructions for creating a PowerPoint presentation about animal habitats. It instructs the reader to insert 5 slides with specific layouts and formatting. The first 4 slides should each have a title, picture of an animal, hyperlink embedded in the picture, and scientific name of the animal below in a blue rectangle. The 5th slide allows the creator to choose their own animal picture and yellow rectangle. Transition effects and saving instructions are also included. The overall purpose is to create a presentation that introduces different animals and their habitats through images and scientific names on individual slides.
6. INSTRUCTIONS
Insert 5 slides. Press your RMB on the first slide- click on Page setup-background-Fill-colour-Green 5-

Click on Slide Layout
Choose the following Layout: Title only Slide
Write the heads
Find the picture related to the head
Copy the picture and paste it on the correct slide. Insert a hyperlink into the picture.
Click on the Select arrow below (Show Draw Functions) and on the rectangle. Draw the rectangle
under the pictures.
Change the Area of the rectangle (blue 8)
Write the 'Scientific name' of each animal. Search the web.
Slide number 5: You choose the animal and the picture. Draw a rectangle (yellow 1). Paste the picture
on it.
Click on Slide Show- Slide Transition- Choose a transition. Speed-Slow. Apply to All Slides.
Save your presentation: File-Save as-HABITATS-at the desktop
Test your presentation with F5.
