Task 1
a) Find during which century each castle was built.
b) Put all of the above castles in order based on the century during which
they were built (starting from the oldest one).
c) Calculate how old is each castle.
Task 2
Observe carefully the pictures of all the castles and recognise different
two-dimentional shapes (triangles, squares, rectangles, rhombuses,
parallelograms, trapezoids, kites and any polygons).
Task 3
Observe carefully the pictures of all the castles and recognise different
three-dimentional shapes (cubes, cuboids, spheres, cylinders, cones and
any prisms or pyramids).
Task 4
a) Calculate the perimeter of the Del Monte castle.
b) Compare the total surfacearea of the Rhodes castle complex and the
Rumeli castle complex.
c) Calculate the surfacearea of the Knight΄s street in the Rhodes castle.
