Coffee is a drink containing black caffeine which is obtained from roast and ground coffee
beans. Coffee beans are the fruit of the coffee tree in the family Rubiaceae , genus Coffea ,
two major varieties: Coffea arabica and Coffea canephora ( Coffea robusta ), the first
having higher quality beans.

Types of coffee:
 Soluble coffee or instant coffee, is a derivative obtained
from crushed coffee beans.Instant coffee has been
obtained it seems, for the first time in 1890 by David
Strang in New Zealand , using a dry process air. Coffee
has not been marketed under the brand Strang . Instant
coffee has been produced in Japan in 1910 by chemist
Satori Kato who presented a Pan-American Exhibition
of Buffolo , NY.
Decaffeinated coffee or decaffeinated coffee called
dietetics, is obtained by an industrial process for
extracting caffeine from green coffee beans, the
percentage of 97-98%, called decaffeination.
 Substances antioxidants in coffee (vitamin B, C, E, carotene , fat ) protects kidney cells by
oxygen radicals carcinogen, compared to tea green could not prove this effect.
 Coffee is a beverage that contains no calories and contribute to the replenishment of the
substancesminerals as iron , potassium, magnesium , and manganese .
In the case of abuse of coffee or other beverages containing caffeine may occur following
negative effects: tacycardia , insomnia , seizures.
