Coffee is a drink made from roasted and ground coffee beans from the coffee plant. There are two main varieties of coffee plants - Coffea arabica and Coffea canephora. There are different types of coffee including soluble/instant coffee made from crushed beans, and decaffeinated coffee where 97-98% of the caffeine is removed. Coffee contains antioxidants that can protect cells and minerals but consuming too much caffeine can cause negative effects like increased heart rate, insomnia, and seizures.
Although coffee is referred to as a bean, it is actually the seed of a piece of fruit, known as a coffee cherry.
The cherries are hand picked, and the seed is separated from the fruit. By varying the amount of time the fruit is allowed to dry on the seed, these methods impact the flavor of the finished product. After the ‘beans’ are dried, the unroasted product is called ‘green coffee’.

Soluble coffee or instant coffee, is a derivative obtained
from crushed coffee beans.Instant coffee has been
obtained it seems, for the first time in 1890 by David
Strang in New Zealand , using a dry process air. Coffee
has not been marketed under the brand Strang . Instant
coffee has been produced in Japan in 1910 by chemist
Satori Kato who presented a Pan-American Exhibition
of Buffolo , NY.
Decaffeinated coffee or decaffeinated coffee called
dietetics, is obtained by an industrial process for
extracting caffeine from green coffee beans, the
percentage of 97-98%, called decaffeination.
Substances antioxidants in coffee (vitamin B, C, E, carotene , fat ) protects kidney cells by
oxygen radicals carcinogen, compared to tea green could not prove this effect.
Coffee is a beverage that contains no calories and contribute to the replenishment of the
substancesminerals as iron , potassium, magnesium , and manganese .
In the case of abuse of coffee or other beverages containing caffeine may occur following
negative effects: tacycardia , insomnia , seizures.
