We are one of the fastest growing Real Estate Company in
Bangalore South region, founded in 2008.
Now we are called “EJ JAIN PROP”.
The company by end of 2013 completed 15 projects of
totally 182 Flats measuring 1,70,000 Square Feet area, across
Uttarahalli, Padmanabhanagar, Channasandra, AGS Layout, Raj
Rajeshwari Nagar, Purna Pradnya Layout, Kanakapura Main Road.

5. HISTORY & MILESTONES
2008 – Everjoy Properties founded, begins its journey by marketing
flats in Bangalore
2009 – Continued marketing of flats of various reputed
Builders/Developers.
2010 – Laid stone for its First Project “Everjoy Residency” at Uttarahalli
Main Road.
2011 – Laid stone its Second Project “Everjoy Skywood” at Uttarahalli
and Completed its project “Everjoy Residency”.
2012 – By receiving great support from customers Everjoy Properties
starts projects across Bangalore South. By the end of 2012 its laid stone
its first commercial project at Raj Rajeshwari nagar named “Everjoy
Lucky Towers”.
2013 – Completes various projects, became house hold name across
Bangalore South as the best Builders and Developers per maintaining
quality and affordable price. By the end of 2013 laid stone to its first big
project of 100 Flats in 2 blocks named “Everjoy Balaji Enclave” in AGS
Layout. Begins new era in the name of “EJ JAIN PROP”.
6. FOUNDERS
Niranjan c jain
He comes from Murudeshwar, Karnataka. He completed Graduation
and started carrier with various Builders and Developers in
Bangalore. By gaining knowledge, in 2008 started Everjoy Properties
now called “EJ JAIN PROP” in Bangalore South region with the aiming
to provide best quality of residential projects for the competitive
price. Taking Professional risk and Financial risk, with best
professional skills and with the help of best team Mr. Niranjan C Jain
didn't turn back.
H L ASHOK
He comes from an trading family, begins his career in trading coffee
seeds, then entered in to construction field in 2000 and also started
publication firm called “J S Quill Publishing Co”. He met Niranjan C
Jain in the year 2008 to build “EJ JAIN PROP” successfully. He is best
in financial skills and project execution skills. He is a member of
Rotary International Penya through this he is doing CSR activities.

Today “EJ JAIN PROP” is professionally managed by a
team of qualified and dedicated professionals. It boasts of highly
qualified and experienced managers who have great proficiency
and expertise in the area of architectural design, project planning
and its implementation, legal matters, procurement and

2014-15
A. Planned to start a residential project of 250 Flats at
Channasandra. The entire project cost will be 90 Crores.
B. Planned to start a residential project of 150 Flats at
Channasandra. The entire project cost will be 50 Crores.
C. Residential project of Luxury Flats at the heart of J P NAGAR.
The entire project cost will be 10 Crores
2015-16
A. EJ JAIN PROP planned enter tier two cities like Mysore, Hassan,
Hubli, Mangalore.
B. Planned to start Villa Projects across outskirts of bangalore
and Layouts in tier two cities.
