Representatves from eHeathInsurance developed the survey questonnaire in order to beter identfy potental customers and be able to target their specifc needs through improved products and services. The results of this ongoing survey were taken via an online poll. Consumers who called eHealthInsurance’s customer care center were sent the survey via email. This ongoing survey began on February 20, 2009 and contnued through June 30, 2009.
