The Galapagos Islands, extensively explored and probed by a young Charles Darwin (paving the way for his theory of evolution and hence it being described as a living laboratory), are a true paradise of bright white beaches and crystal-clear waters that are home to a uniquely diverse abundance of wildlife, much of which is not found anywhere else on Earth. It is consequently another of Ecuador's many regions that have been declared World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.

We offer a variety of trips, all on yachts that tour the many islands that make up the
Galapagos, and we offer the very best prices possible, whether you're booking in advance,
or at the last minute. Below is a list of the yachts and companies we work with in the
Galapagos; each link has technical information pertaining to the yacht, as well as interior and
exterior photos to give you a clear idea of where you'll be accommodated during your trip.
Most of our programs take place over the course of 8 days, which we recommend in order to
fully experience the islands, but it is also possible to arrange trips of 6, 5 or 4 days.

Walk by a native’s house
Crossing the Garzacocha Lake we take a two and a half to three hour walk on a purposely
underdeveloped trail which has some physical challenges. Half of the walk takes place in
primary forest and the other half passes the huts of our indigenous neighbors along the
Napo River.
Observation tower
Observe many birds flying by at eye-level not far from the lodge, wildlife of all kinds, and
yes, a bird's-eye view of it all.
Ruth’s Trail
Look across the Mandicocha Lake, it goes on and on and on, a good place to look for
Jaguars.
Night excursions
Consisting of canoe or walking trips after dark to view nocturnal animals such as caiman,
monkeys, insects and owls. Sample the LA SELVA nightlife.

for people looking for an experience out in the wild.
Night hiking

6. YARINA LODGE
Yarina Lodge – Amazon Forest Tour
Strategically located on the Napo River only 60 minutes by covered motorized canoe from Puerto
Francisco de Orellana (EL COCA) lies Yarina Lodge, deep in the wilderness of the Amazonian jungle
in an area of forest with the highest diversity of micro-habitats in the Napo area, reserved for
indigenous Quichuas. It was established with an aim to alert both foreigners and Ecuadorians to the
cause of environmentalism in the Amazon. There are more species of animals, birds, reptiles and
insects here than anywhere else on the Napo River. Now, it is one of the most important environmental
centers in the area, in conjunction with Yuturi
Conservation Group and San Carlos Foundation.
Visiting the different adventure trails of the reserve, you learn about popular plants used by the
Quichuas for medicine, moreover you will enjoy watching birds, armadillos, monkeys, snakes and
caimans, all in 450 hectares of primary forest with the assistance of naturalist guide
Features
With a capacity of 50 people, the Yarina lodge offers you 20 huts with private bathrooms, constructed
from typical materials using mostly bamboo and toquilla straw. For eight hours during the day (8am -
12pm & 6pm - 10pm) electricity is provided for the entire lodge. The dining room and social area are
located in the main cabin and are pleasant spots to rest, make friends or simply to enjoy the view.
7. BATABURO LODGE
Deep in the middle of the untouched rainforest of the Ecuadorian Amazon basin, on
the Tiguino River lies Bataburo Lodge, offering all the necessary comfort without losing
its sense of adventure. Located 90km south-east of the city of Coca, the river Tiguino
flows through the Huaorani Territory. This is where we find the mystical and wild heart
of the primary rainforest of Ecuador. Together with the organization of the Huaorani
village of Tiguino, it was agreed to build the Bataburo Lodge. It has been built in
keeping with the traditions of the indigenous Amazonian people and sits in complete
harmony with its habitat.
In this paradise of mysteries, enjoy real comfort at Bataburo Lodge, accommodated in
double rooms with private or shared facilities, mosquito-nets and electricity (110V), in
addition to our fantastic canopy observation tower of approximately 132 feet.
The main cabaña serves as a bar/dining room. Here, there is space to laze in
hammocks and enjoy the view of our lagoon "Amaroncocha", which is directly behind
