• We are an electrical being with conducive tissues, cells
and organs. Our energy created by electricity or
electron flow through our body.
• There are two elements in nature to conduct or inhibit
bodily electrify: alkaline and acid

• A living body is inherently electrical:
once every second or so, a dime-
size bundle of cells in the upper
chamber of the human heart

Passing Away
• A giant in the field of medicine, Dr. Bjorn Nordenstrom, passed
away this past December 31st. Few of you probably know of
him but anyone who has had a conversation with me about the
field of electrolytes has heard me talk of this genius. His book,
Biologically Closed Electric Circuits: Clinical, Experimental and
Theoretical Evidence for an Additional Circulatory System is a
monumental piece of work. His work on treating cancer through
the use of electrochemical treatment protocols is now the
standard in many parts of the world especially China and parts
of Europe.
• Dr. Nordenstrom was a member of the Nobel Prize committee
in Medicine and Physics and was awarded the International
Scientific and Technological Cooperation Award by the
People’s Republic of China because of his work on tumor
regression. Although in poor health these past few years, his
legacy will most certainly live on. My condolences to his family.
Dr. Hulda Clark
• Clark claimed all human disease
was related to parasitic
infection, and also claimed to be
able to cure all diseases,
including cancer and HIV/AIDS,
by destroying these parasites

at the University of Saskatchewan,

The stages of life.
• The first ad second stage of life you are green and alkaline full of
health, energy and vitality. You are low sugar and high alkalizing
water and minerals such as sodium, magnesium and potassium.
• As you age or ferment you go from green to yellow as seen in stages
3 to 5. Your body acid sugar increases or becomes harder to manage
and potassium and other alkalizing minerals decrease.
• You start getting acid spots on your skin – brown spots and then
black as the body pushes its waste products through the pores of the
skin rather then through normal channels of elimination such as by
urination or defecation. You start to wrinkle from the increased acids
being pushed out through the skin. You start getting sick and tired.
• And finally, as seen in stages 6 and 7 you begin turning to brown and
then to black and become full of the acid sugar with very little

magnesium and calcium. This is when you start experiencing major

you ROT and MOLD. Aging of the human or animal body
is a rotting process, just like the banana.

Glucose is a Waste Product
• My research suggests that ALL sugars are acidic waste
products from the degeneration of matter. For example a
banana becomes sweeter with sugar as it rots. This is
the case for all organized matter when it deteriorates.
Sugar is the acidic waste product of fermentation and
rotting. The same thing happens with body cells as they
breakdown - sugar or glucose is produced as a
biological waste product. Just like carbon monoxide is
the exhaust or acidic elimination of a car so glucose is the
exhaust or acidic waste product of metabolism and
cellular degeneration.
Our Fuel is Electrons Not Sugar
• The human body needs NO sugar to function. The fact
that we have blood sugar is no different than a car having
exhaust of carbon monoxide when it is running. The body
is constantly trying to chelate this toxic waste product and
eliminate it through the four channels of elimination -
respiration, defecation, urination and perspiration.
The body runs on electrons NOT sugar. Our body runs
on electrons or electricity. We do not run on calories
Our Fuel is Electrons Not Sugar
• When energy is low that is low electrical energy NOT low blood
sugar. When blood sugars are low and energy is low this is the
time to energize the body with electron rich green foods
NOT poison it or stimulating it with some form of sugar.
• You can have no or low blood sugar levels with high electron
levels and feel energetic. The need for sugar for energy is a
medical myth. The theory that the brain runs on sugar is a
medical myth. All cells in the human body run on electrons
transported on a matrix of sodium. Our body is salted with
sodium NOT sugar. Sugar cannot conduct electricity but
sodium ions can!
• When you have cravings for sugar this in reality is the craving
for salt. Salt is necessary for the transfer or conductivity of
electrons or energy from one cell to another cell.

Longevity and Water
• There are five places on Earth where the people routinely
live to over 120 years of age in good health with virtually
no cancer or dental caries (decay of a bone or tooth),
where they remain robust and strong and are also able to
bear children even in old age, and the most famous of
these, Hunza in the Himalayas, has people who live to
120-140 years old. There are also villages in France
where the people are extremely healthy and other villages
where the people are run-down. Much research has
proven conclusively that the major common denominator
of the healthy long-living people is their local water.
Measurement of Water
• a) pH [p(otential of) h(ydrogen).] of the water. This is basically the
acid-alkali balance. In this scale, 14 is highly alkaline, 7 is balanced
and 0 is highly acid. This test measures the amount of positively
charged hydrogen.
• b) rH (relative hydrogen). This tests the amount of H- in the water. In
this scale, which goes from 42 - via 28 - to 0, above 28 is highly
oxidized with virtually no electrons available and below 28 there is an
abundance of electrons.
• The healthiest villages had water with an rH of 22 and the unhealthy
ones had an rH way up towards 42. You'd have to drink a million
glasses in the higher range to get the same number of electrons as in
one glass of 22 water!
• c) the mineral content of the water, which also measures its
conductivity and resistance.
ANTI-OXIDANTS AND FREE RADICALS
• All free radicals steal electrons from our cells. The aging
process is basically free radical damage to the cells and
DNA. Our bodies and cells are attacked 100,000 times a
second by free radicals and all they want to do is steal
electrons from our cells and if we don't have enough anti-
oxidants (which give up electrons easier than cells do and
thus protect our cells), they take them directly from the
cells.
• Body is able to neutralize 98% of free radicals.
Vitamin C
• All anti-oxidants give up their electrons at different levels.
Vitamin C is an anti-oxidant that gives up electrons but
when it becomes oxidized, it itself becomes a free radical
and now it wants to steal electrons. Pycnogenol or
Vitamin E will give up electrons to Vitamin C and become
free radicals themselves but not as harmful as the Vitamin
C free radical was. This is what is known as the electron
cascade and it is why a broad spectrum of anti-oxidants,
including selenium, is needed.
• H- is the only anti-oxidant that doesn't become a free
radical when it gives up its electron. It gives up its
electron, burns oxygen and becomes the most powerful
anti-oxidant with ions so small that they can instantly go
anywhere in the body.

• So the basic secrets to Hunza water are:
• a) the nano-colloid minerals,
• b) huge quantities of H
• c) the low surface tension.

• Albert Szent-Gyorgyi the Hungarian Nobel Prize-winning
biochemist who discovered Vitamin C said that hydrogen,
rather than oxygen is the fuel of life.
• Plants gives us hydrogen to burn as fuel in our bodies.
60% of the calories we eat turn into ATP, the chemical in
our bodies that we burn as fuel. Our bodies store
hydrogen in "hydrogen pools" in the organs with the
greatest amount stored in the liver, then stored in the
intestine, then the lungs, then the spleen

• The hydrogen atom is the smallest atom known with only
one electron. If hydrogen is ionised, it becomes H- which
is hydrogen with one extra electron very loosely attached
that it gives up easily.
• Electrons don't move in the body unless they are
associated with hydrogen. A body in good health has
abundant H- ionised molecules

with today. The average person can accelerate and
decelerate approximiately 100 times per minute.
• The G-force that occurs is about 2 times if you do the
health bounce (feet don’t leave the mat) and 3 times your
weight if your feet leave the mat 6 inches. This means if
you’re holding 10 pound dumbbells while you’re jumping,
you’re really adding about an extra 30 pounds of stress to
every cell and muscle in your body.

• Your lymphatic system in your body is one of the main ways
your body accumulates toxins, poisons and heavy metals and
uses minerals like glutithione to help get rid of these toxins.

from coal fire plants, and we’re exposed each day to endless
toxins. If our body had no way of getting rid of these we would

up and down. By doing this the nucleus of the cell must remain

In this scale, which goes from 42 - via 28 - to 0, above 28 is highly oxidized with virtually no electrons available and below 28 there is an abundance of electrons. • The healthiest villages had water with an rH of 22 and the unhealthy ones had an rH way up towards 42. You'd have to drink a million glasses in the higher range to get the same number of electrons as in one glass of 22 water! • c) the mineral content of the water, which also measures its conductivity and resistance.
  • 62. ANTI-OXIDANTS AND FREE RADICALS • All free radicals steal electrons from our cells. The aging process is basically free radical damage to the cells and DNA. Our bodies and cells are attacked 100,000 times a second by free radicals and all they want to do is steal electrons from our cells and if we don't have enough anti- oxidants (which give up electrons easier than cells do and thus protect our cells), they take them directly from the cells. • Body is able to neutralize 98% of free radicals.
