to small and marginal farmers
Vulnerable landholding farmers having cultivable land up to 2 hectares to be provided
direct income support of Rs. 6000 per year

 Standard deduction raised to 40,000 to 50,000
 Full tax rebate for income up to Rs. 5 lakh
 TDS on bank/post office deposit is increase 10,000 to 4,0000
 Exemption of tax on second self occupied house
 TDS threshold for deduction of tax on rent to be increased from Rs. 1,80,000
to 2,40,000
 Capital tax Benefit u/s 54 has increased from investment in one residential
house to two residential houses.
 Benefit u/s 80IB has increased to one more year i.e. 2020.
 Benefit has given to unsold inventory has increased to one year to two
years.

4. No tax exemption of income upto 5 Lakhs has been provided. It is applicable
only when income does not exceed Rs. 5 Lakhs. So it will not be applicable on
those whose income is above Rs. 5 lakhs.- Also, the change is not made in tax
structure but in rebate of section 87A- Slab has not been changed. Still
continues to be from Rs. 2.5 Lakhs to 5 Lakhs.- Earlier Rebate of Rs. 2500 for
income up to 3.5 Lakhs was allowed. Now it has been increased to Rs. 12500
for income upto 5 Rs. Lakhs.

5.  State share has increased to 42%.
 PCA restriction has abolished from 3 major banks.
 2 lakhs seats will increase for the reservation of 10%.

 22nd AIIMS has to be opened in Haryana.
 National kamdhenu ayog for cows. Rs. 750 crores for National Gokul

 2% interest subvention for farmers affected by natural calamities and
additional 3% interest subvention for timely payment.
