4. If the procedure cando witha cheaper

form.For example:

worker. Misuse undermines the integrity
of staff much as it robs the state (nation)
and puts the client in danger of death. It is
our understanding that any article
(consumable item) stolen and or misused
is a step in the direction of killing one or
two of our clients; and it could be any of
us. With this understanding, we of Ho
Municipal Hospital, on this day of 23rd of
May 2012,enact for ourselves this code as
a guide to effective and efficientuse of any
item meant to be used to the benefit of
clients of whom we all could be victims or
beneficiaries. We uphold this in the name
of all our belief systems.”
