15. We hope we are making a difference to our city. We think we are.
Our volunteers aren’t called “angels” for nothing. It takes a rare
breed of person to give up their time to volunteer and an even
rarer breed to give up their time late at night and in the early
mornings to help people who might have overdone it a bit with the
sauce or got themselves into bother through no fault of their own.
We help in all sorts of ways, provide first aid, flip flops for the
ladies amongst you who insist on wearing “killer heels” end up
hurting your bare feet, emotional support and guidance and
helping you get home safely to name a few.
But we do need your support in the way of donations which will go
a long way towards helping us to keep helping you. We would be
able to keep stocked up on first aid equipment, flip flops and water
and focus our other fund raising on paying for stuff like volunteer
training.
To make it easy for you, we are setting up some easy ways of doing
this. You will be able to donate through these routes very soon:
PayPal donate
Just Giving
Payroll Giving – please ask you employer if they have this facility. If
they do, you can donate pre-tax direct from you wages
If you’re desperate to donate before we get these up and running
please don’t let it stop you. Give us a call on 07580 032 779 and we
will sort something for you.

Do you think we do a good job? Have we helped you
in the past? Have we helped a loved one or a
relative?
