About
After discovering that top managers are the key to project success and estimating that it could add 1-3% to GDP, I cannot let the topic go. My findings have informed Australian and international Standards (AS8016, ISO38500) but have yet to significantly influence practice. I'm not above helping commercial organisations make more money but my focus is currently on the public sector. Imagine how much better we all would be if an extra $10-30b were available for education, health, defense, etc!
