12. Rural Education -- Present Status.
• Dilapidated Infrastructure-many schools are not habitable 24/7.
• Very very dry education not able to generate interest in students.
• Apathy of parents- parents do not visualise a different future after
education, hence do not encourage students to go to school.
• Majority of parents use school as safe crèche till their hands are
worthy of work with them.
• Demotivated teachers.(remote areas, no teaching aids, low
attendance)
• Burden of training of ever changing education system on teachers.
• Burden of non academic work on teachers.(used as a floating staff by
Govt. for census, elections and many more duties.)

100 students completed Hardware&networking course of CMC.
All girl students trained in Rangoli Mehendi.Many are entrepreneurs now.
3500 ladies from 60 villages trained in Complete SEWING (Full subsidy)
300 girls passed out as Trained Dai(Nursing Assistant).

Enterprising student he heard about our school
painting project. Approached his teacher Shri
Sandeep Jadhav for recommending his name. and
saga started.
Painted 15 Rural schools in last 3 yrs. as he was
completing his graduation.
Established a company “UNITART”.now employs 15
artists.
Executed diff projects in all metro cities.
