• This can include increasing the shelf life of a
product, new flavours or easier to grow in new
climates.

• Its faster to package using
robotics/automation.
• Better quality/replication of food portions.
• Machines allow us to monitor the process
more efficiently which can increase
cleanliness.
• The more efficient it is, the higher the
productivity.

• Reduces costs in the long term which can

• Reduces waste which also reduces costs and is
more sustainable.
