Laundry is any piece of clothing, sheets or
towels, that needs to be washed.

5. We wash clothes in a washing
machine.

6. We dry clothes in a dryer.

7. Some of us go to
a Laundromat to
wash our clothes.
Some of us have a
washer and dryer in
our house.

8. How do we do laundry?
We take dirty clothes and separate them into
2 piles. One pile is for white clothes the other
is for all other colors. 8

9. Then we take one pile and put it
into the washing machine.

10. Then we add detergent, soap, to
the washing machine.

11. When the clothes are clean we take
them out and put them in the dryer.

12. When the clothes are dry, we put
them in a basket and fold them.

dresser
draws.
