The Team
Catherine Bastien-Ventura
A science graduate with a Masters in environmental management, Catherine has led many environmental and
development consultancy projects for both public and private sector clients. Having applied her expertise to the
Ministry of Ecology since 2006, Catherine has worked within the scientific ‘Environment and sustainable
development” department, in the CNRS. There she has initiated and developed interdisciplinary research on environmental
themes for sustainable development. She has coordinated a scientific cooperation program with the Science Academy of China
in the environmental field. She operates as an external consultant.
Dominique Bertin-Mourot
A graduate from IFP (French Press Institute) in Paris, Dominique joined Cap & Cime in 2010 with a
20-year experience in Corporate and Financial communication developed for industrial companies or
holdings including Plastic Omnium and Burelle SA… She also has an in-depth understanding of the
challenges related to sustainable development. She is currently managing key accounts for whom she is in charge of
publishing, audiovisual and event projects both for internal and external targets.
Valérie Canoen
A graduate from l’Ecole des Cadres / ISEA – ITL, Valérie joined Cap & Cime in 2010. With a 20-year
experience in corporate and product communication for major companies in the industrial and
environmental sectors, she benefits from an expertise in publishing, events and press relations. She is
currently in charge of internal communication, publishing and web-animation projects for key accounts.

Alexandra Davis
A graduate of Corvisart and Beaux Arts, with 10 years of experience in graphic arts, Alexandra
now works for Cap & Cime as the Creation Manager of C&C Edition. Dynamic, original and reactive,
this studio aims at a providing creation adapted to each client’s expectations.
Laurence Delchiaro
Management and edition are Laurence's two preferred domains, with over 20 years of experience as a
journalist and a communications manager within local governments and a professional Federation. Having
graduated from the renowned National Institute of Political Sciences (Sciences Po), she joined Cap & Cime in 2005
as an external consultant, providing us with her expertise in healthcare and institutional communication.
Capucine de Fouquières
An expert by the Court of Appeal in Paris, Capucine has more than 20 years of experience in press
and public relations. Thanks to her privileged access to leading figures and important names in the
media world, she often leads lobbying and brand event operations. She has been successful in
accompanying renowned brands and organizing numerous famous public events.
Marie-Anne Francès
A graduate from Sciences Po in Paris and the ESSEC Business School, Marie-Anne joined Cap & Cime in
2010. With more than 10 years of experience in Brand and Product communication, she used to work as
a consultant at i&e Consultants, and also as a communication manager in the L’Oréal Group and Coca-Cola
France. Marie-Anne now manages BtoB and BtoC communication campaigns, in press relations and events, for French and
international accounts in the environment, retail and tourism industry.
Virginie Hunzinger
A graduate of the Human Sciences University of Strasbourg and EFAP in Lyon, Virginie joined Cap &
Cime corporate department in September 2007. With more than 10 years of experience in B2B
communication for clients in the industry sector and new technologies such as BasWare, Harting
France, Rittal France and the Tripette & Renaud Group, she manages several corporate accounts.

Hanna Kelner-Szwarc
A graduate from Manchester and Poitiers Universities, Hanna has a specialization in French-British
bilateral communication and the promotion of Britain's image in France, particularly in the trade and
industry sectors. After working for the French daily newspaper Sud Ouest, Hanna worked for the British
Embassy from 1990 to 2003 as the head of the press and public relations unit in the trade department. An
independent consultant, Hanna is in charge of the communication for the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce &
Industry and is actively involved in several non-profit organizations in the culture and medical research fields.
Isaure de Laforcade
A graduate in advertising from the Cité Collégiale (Ottawa, Canada), Isaure joined the Cap & Cime
corporate department in 2010 with more than 9 years of experience in event production (gala
dinners, openings, press conferences, press trips…). Isaure also works along the different
consultants on press relations and publishing projects.
Annabelle Ledoux
A graduate of Sciences Po, Annabelle joined Cap & Cime in May 2006 after 5 years of
communication experience in the institutional sector and the creative universe of design and
architecture. She previously worked for the Birmingham City Council and for well-known brands such
as Vinci and Lancôme. She is in charge of institutional accounts.

Cécile Moutet
A graduate from the IEA (Institut Européen des Affaires) and with a degree in Marketing from Rouen
Business School, Cécile has more than 10 years of experience in BtoB and BtoC communication,
with an expertise in press relations (coordination for France and Europe), public relations and
publishing. Cécile is in charge of developing new projects, she manages event organization and market research.
She joined Cap & Cime in 2010.
Jennifer Potts
A graduate from the CELSA and the French Press Institute in Paris, Jennifer benefits from more
than 8 years of experience in various fields such as design, corporate, tourism, gastronomy, wine
and culture. Amongst her references: the towns of Saint-Tropez, Montargis and Enghien-les-Bains,
the Côtes de Bordeaux wines, the Lutti chocolates and the Crans Montana Forum.
Duncan McPhie, Directeur Cap & Invest
Working between France and the United Kingdom, Duncan is the Manager of Cap & Invest. Holding
a law degree from the University of Glasgow, a Master’s in European Studies from the London School
of Economics and an MBA from Trinity College in Dublin, he has worked at the highest levels of
business and government in Edinburgh, London and Paris. A highly-qualified lawyer, Duncan has first-class quality
international trade and investment experience. His contacts open many doors to Cap & Invest clients.

François Robert
A graduate in public law, political sciences and communication, François has developed an exper-
tise in BtoB communication for the industry, construction, transport and public services sectors.
Today, thanks to his competencies in media and public relations, web 2.0, events, publishing, audio-
visual projects, he can set up and operate global communication strategies for French and European accounts.
He joined Cap & Cime in 2010.
Amandine Tudryn
A graduate of the ISIT (a higher education institute in foreign languages) in Paris, Amandine has
more than 2 years of experience in agencies, where she managed food budgets like USA Rice
Federation and Auchan and lifestyle budgets (Aviva kitchen, Arte Espina rugs, etc.). Passionate
about writing and travelling and with experience as a freelance copywriter, Amandine joined Cap & Cime in 2009 as
a consultant alongside Jennifer .
