Potato Salad

2. Ingredients

3. 2 medium sized yellow potatoes

4. Dressing:
2 tablespoons of olive oil

5. 2-3 tablespoon lemon juice

6. Salt

7. Garnish:
2 fresh green onions, chopped

8. A tomato, chopped

9. Instructions

10. Boil the potatoes in water.

11. Remove the skin

12. Cut them in medium sized
chunks

13. Cut them in medium sized
chunks

14. Whisk all the dressing
ingredients.

15. Toss it with the potatoes
while they are still warm.

16. Sprinkle fresh green and
tomatoes all over.

18. Serve
