Enhanced Search Infrastructure w/ Neo4J Ontology
Consists of a set of coordinated infrastructural developments currently on-going
1. Populate cloud based indexing platform
○ Transfer of data from current ingestion pipeline to new platform currently being tested
2. Updates to core ontology
○ Improvements in ontology for use within SciGraph (i.e. the Neo4J Ontology Service)
3. Curation of data sources for new platform
○ Curators provide additional annotations on top of current data source descriptors
4. Develop a set of “shim” services to connect current search functionality to
new platform

(APIs, RRID services, templates for funding and protocol information, analytic
services,...) and dkNET media (blog articles, social media, webinar, dkNET news and
events, and dkNET community calendar opportunity to promote using center data and
tools, and posting center workshops, conference, publications, or funding opportunities).
