manmade beautiful spots dito.
napapabayaan?
Mamang pulis, nasaan ka? Bakit di mo ginagawa ang
iyong trabaho. Ang mga kriminal ay habulin mo, hindi
ang nagsusumbong sa’yo ang i-interogate mo!
Nababawasan tuloy ang kredibilidad ng mga
unipormadong pulis, mayroon namang matitino at

natatanggap na text man lamang.
pagkatao, masasamang loob at manyakis, kinakargahan?
ay Guardians of the Filipino People tandaan n’yo.

GOV VIC AT MAYOR
MANALANG POSIBLE KAYANG

City Government to pursue 2 new
projects before the year ends
Tarlac City (CIO) - The City Architect’s Office recently released two conceptual drafts of two separate construction projects to be
started before the year ends. The first project is the renovation of the old Tarlac City Philippine National Police (PNP) building
known as Tarlac City Hall Annex and another draft for the construction of a new one to be called as Tarlac City Rest Area and
Tourism Information Center.
In an interview with City Architect Primo Dungca, he said that
Tarlac City Hall Annex will be re-structured in a three storey building
architecturally designed like Shoe Mart(SM) buildings with
tempered glass windows. The design and structure of the offices
will be referred to the department head themselves to be tailor-fitted
for their convenience.
Mayor Gelacio “ACE” Manalang, in his previous speeches,
has been vocal in telling people that plans to renovate the Tarlac
City Hall Annex is set turning the old facility into a more modern
and spacious one for the convenience of the employees and clients
alike in the delivery of better services and improving both their
quality and quantity for the people of Tarlac City.
The Tarlac City Hall Annex, after its renovation, will house the
Tarlac City Police Station, Tarlac City Health Office and the Bureau
of Fire Protection. The Tarlac City Rest Area and Tourism
Information Center will have a visitor’s area, clean rest rooms and
offices. Construction is now ongoing at the Ninoy Aquino Boulevard,
San Nicolas, Tarlac City in front of the Uniwide Sales Warehouse
Club building.
Construction of the Tarlac City Hall Annex will be done through a
Built-Transfer Scheme and is set for bidding before the end of 2013.
More projects are expected to be realized early next year which includes
the People’s Park, converting Ninoy Aquino Boulevard as a Tourists
attraction like the Baywalk in Roxas Boulevard in Pasay City or like
the Burnham Park in Baguio City. Mayor Manalang is consistently
heard in all his speaking engagement revealing several projects that his
administration has to undertake, among the earlier mentioned are the
proposed Tarlac City Astrodome and Tarlac City Hospital.

Ang PGBI ay Guardians of the Filipino People tandaan n’yo.
