I believe I can improve my cultural competence by learning to understand the opinions of family

Introduction Teaching is a difficult job, it is underpaid, underappreciated, overwhelming. But there
is so much good in it, the best of which is when a child deemed hopeless, successes. There are a lot
of biases and incorrect notions about different students because of their race, culture, or class level.
