FULL AUTOMATIC MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTION SYSTEM FOR SAMPLES LABORATORY DYEING The DOS&DYE COMPACT can work autonomously for many hours without any manual interventions, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. These dyeing units have been studied and developed by TECNORAMA to obtain dyeing results that are as close as possible to actual production, i.e. capable of generating the closest correlation between laboratory results and those obtained in full-scale production. The forced circulation of the bath is obtained by a magnetical turbine or centrifugal pumps. Each unit works independently. Heating, cooling, draining, machine opening and closure, water, dyestuff and chemical product supply operations are all completely automatic and handled separately by a special software installed on a centralized PC. Different work schedules can thus be carried out in the various dyeing units, just as for industrial production, and the entire work cycle can be followed step-by-step, with the possibility of checking all phases of the dyeing cycle, even after many days, via the history file, which contains all processes information performed by each dyeing unit. Each module has a parking unit where samples to be dyed and those already dyed are stored. A robotized system loads and unloads samples from the parking places in the dyeing unit and vice versa. In other words, the DOS&DYE® COMPACT system works completely independently, each module can automatically perform different dyeing operations without requiring any outside manual intervention. It is possible to dye all known textile fibers in all their forms: flock, yarn, fabric, knit, woven, carpets, etc. and perform all known dyeing schedules from 20°C to 140°C.

Il DOS&DYE®
COMPACT è un sistema per la gestione
completamente automatica del laboratorio, per la produzione
di campionature e relative ricette da usare in produzione.
Il sistema consiste di una macchina automatica di dosaggio,
vari modelli DOSORAMA W o DOSORAMA WS, in combinazione
con una o più macchine automatiche di tintura modello
TURBODYE 8/R-20, DYRAMA 8/R - 100 o DYRAMA 8/R - 200.
Ciascun modulo TURBODYE 8/R-20, DYRAMA 8/R - 100 o
DYRAMA 8/R - 200 è composto di 8 unità di tintura.
Ciascuna unità di tintura può lavorare indipendentemente l’una
dalle altre; si possono eseguire programmi differenti nelle varie
unità riproducendo gli stessi diagrammi e passi usati nella
produzione industriale. Nella TURBODYE 8/R-20 si possono
tingere fino a 20 gr di materiale tessile: tessuto, filato, fiocco,
ecc... Mentre nella DYRAMA 8/R - 100 si possono tingere fino
a 100 gr e nella DYRAMA 8/R - 200 fino a 200 gr. In questo
modo saranno generati campioni e ricette, il più vicino possibile
ai risultati ottenuti nella produzione industriale.
Il DOS&DYE®
COMPACT può lavorare autonomamente per
molte ore senza interventi manuali 24 ore al giorno, 7 giorni la
settimana. Il sistema è modulare e, in combinazione con una
macchina di dosaggio, si possono abbinare massimo 3 moduli
TURBODYE 8/R-20, DYRAMA 8/R-100 o DYRAMA 8/R - 200
(24 unità di tintura). Queste unità di tintura sono state studiate e
sviluppate dalla TECNORAMA per ottenere risultati tintoriali più
vicini possibili alla produzione, capaci cioè di creare la massima
correlazione tra i risultati di laboratorio e quelli ottenuti in
produzione. Si tratta infatti di unità di tintura a circolazione
forzata di bagno. Ognuna delle unità TURBODYE 8/R-20, DYRAMA
8/R - 100 o DYRAMA 8/R - 200 sono indipendenti l’una dall’altra.
Ilriscaldamento,ilraffreddamento,loscaricodelbagno,l’apertura
e la chiusura della macchina, l’alimentazione dell’acqua e quella
dei coloranti e prodotti chimici sono completamente automatiche
e gestite separatamente da un software specifico installato in
un PC centralizzato. Si possono quindi effettuare programmi di
lavoro differenti nelle varie unità di tintura così come avviene
con le varie macchine di tintura nella produzione industriale e
seguire passo passo i singoli cicli di lavoro con possibilità di
controllare tutti i passi dei programmi di tintura realizzati, anche
dopo molti giorni, utilizzando il file dello storico dove vengono
memorizzati tutti i processi eseguiti da ogni singola unità di
tintura. Ogni modulo ha un parcheggio dove vengono alloggiati
campioni da tingere e quelli già tinti.
Un sistema robotizzato ha il compito di caricare e scaricare i
campioni dal parcheggio alle unità di tintura e vice-versa.
In altre parole il sistema DOS&DYE®
COMPACT lavora in
assoluta autonomia, ogni modulo può eseguire in automatico
tinture differenti senza richiedere alcun intervento manuale
esterno. Si possono tingere tutte le fibre tessili conosciute nelle
varie forme di fiocco, filato, tessuto, maglia, ecc. ed eseguire
tutti i programmi di tintura noti da 20°C a 140°C.
